Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Norwich Airport. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, supporting their development and well-being.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn and grow. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging activities and programs that meet the unique needs and interests of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that meet the unique needs and interests of our children
  • Work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Support children with SEND/ASL needs and work with parents to develop individualized plans
  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for key children in line with EYFS

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse. You will also need to be passionate about providing high-quality care and education, and be committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
