Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of our children, working closely with parents and colleagues to provide a high-quality learning experience.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse. You will also need to be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, and committed to ongoing professional development.
