About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent cleaning skills to work as part of a dedicated team ensuring all properties are clean and safe for residents. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including communal areas, offices, toilets, and external spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all communal areas, offices, toilets, and external spaces to the company's standards.
  • Ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose.
  • Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records and adhere to company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Head of Property Services.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
  • Be able to drive and use a vehicle safely.
  • Possess excellent cleaning skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to changing situations.

Benefits:
