Plastics Sales Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Plastics Sales Assistant to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Plastics Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers on the sales counter, providing expert advice on our range of plastics products.
  • Answer sales calls and respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform warehouse picking duties as required, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Assist with stock ordering, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of our busy builders' merchants, including cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Punctual and conscientious with a strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided.
