Job Summary

The Plastics Sales Assistant will be responsible for serving customers on the sales counter, answering sales calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving customers on the sales counter and answering sales calls
  • Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and stock ordering
  • Assisting with warehouse picking duties and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
