Plastics Sales Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Plastics Sales Assistant to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Plastics Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers on the sales counter, providing expert advice on our range of plastics products.
  • Answer sales calls and respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with warehouse picking duties, stock ordering, and general office tasks as required.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the success of our sales team by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Punctual and conscientious with a strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
