As a key member of our Hotel Du Vin maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance department. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, and our guests have an exceptional experience. Your duties will include allocating tasks to the team, completing the daily jobs list, and preventative maintenance schedules. You must be detail-oriented and have a passion for fixing things. You will also be responsible for meeting time deadlines, liaising with contractors, and ensuring the health and safety of our team and guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department

Requirements:

  • Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel
  • Knowledge of electrics and health and safety
  • Computer literacy for compliance and audit purposes
