About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our kitchen division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a high-performing kitchen team and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Lead a team of Chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.
  • Monitor food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as staff discounts on food and drinks, opportunities for career progression within the restaurant group, and training and development opportunities.
