About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi UK, you will be responsible for achieving exceptional sales results while maintaining a co-operative working environment. With your leadership skills and experience in managing a team, you will support employees to deliver consistent store standards.

The role involves:

  • Employee management, development, and performance evaluation
  • Operational decision-making with a focus on business growth and productivity
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
  • Leadership and due diligence to drive employee motivation
  • Cost control and optimisation of store operations

You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure best practice in sales development, stock control, and financial management.

Salary and Benefits

Enjoy a competitive salary package including £35,625 rising to £43,440* after 4 years, plus a London allowance of £1,935. Flexible contracts are available across 4 days or 5 days, with pro-rata salary adjustment.
