We are seeking a highly organised and thorough Property Services Administrator to join our dedicated nights team at Marlowe Src. This role involves working a fixed shift pattern of three nights on, three nights off as we provide 24/7 support to our clients to keep services running seamlessly.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for logging, scheduling and co-ordinating maintenance, inspections, and repair works. They will act as the primary point of contact for enquires, issues and service requests, manage and track service requests, prioritising urgent issues and always keeping clients updated with progress. They will resolve queries quickly and effectively, liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues, and monitor the status of ongoing projects and resolve operational issues as needed.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Logging, scheduling and co-ordinating maintenance, inspections, and repair works
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for enquires, issues and service requests
  • Manage and track service requests, prioritising urgent issues and always keeping clients updated with progress
  • Resolve queries quickly and effectively
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
  • Monitor the status of ongoing projects and resolve operational issues as needed

The ideal candidate will have experience providing high quality customer service, be a great communicator, work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive problem solvers, creative, tech-savvy and flexible.

You can work in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with a calm and reassuring approach. You're a proactive problem solver, paying attention to detail and taking a solutions focussed approach to problem solving.
