We are seeking a highly organized and thorough Property Services Administrator to join our dedicated nights team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will deliver exceptional customer service to over 10,000 properties across the UK.

You will work a fixed shift pattern of three nights on, three nights off as we provide 24/7 support to clients to keep services running seamlessly. Your key responsibilities include logging, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance, inspections, and repair works.

What You Will Do:

">

You will act as the primary point of contact for enquires, issues, and service requests. Manage and track service requests, prioritizing urgent issues and always keeping clients updated with progress.

Resolve queries quickly and effectively, always going the extra mile. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

Monitor the status of ongoing projects and resolve operational issues as needed. Support team members with additional tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience providing high-quality customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build great relationships with clients.

You will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize urgent issues. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as being tech-savvy and proficient with modern technology.

Working Conditions:

This role involves night-time working with a 3 nights on / 3 nights off shift pattern from 7pm to 7am.
