Remedicare - Adult Care Night Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Leader (Nights) to join our team at Remedicare. This is a full-time position, working nights from 8-8, with a competitive hourly rate of £50.

The home is a 90-bedded facility designed by social care experts and architects to provide high-quality care. Our skilled and caring staff help residents settle into the home, which is equipped with the latest care technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of carers to provide exceptional care to residents
  • Maintaining high standards of care and adhering to medication protocols
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Medication training
  • Valid right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills:
  • Care owner with valid driver's license
  • Experience managing a team
  • Awareness of applying safeguarding measures in a busy environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent people skills
  • A caring and nurturing attitude
  • Positive and enthusiastic outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Prepared to take on extra training as required
