Overview of the Role:
We have an opening for a Senior Claims Manager within our Financial Services Claims division, reporting to the Technical Lead. We are in search of a professional with expertise in Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, or Financial Institutions to enhance our expanding team of adept handlers located throughout the UK, responsible for overseeing Financial Services claims.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of our corporate claims philosophy and standards, while striving to achieve financial objectives within the team. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development, allowing for the mentoring and guidance of other team members.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Comprehensive understanding of claims management, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and relevant legislation, enabling strategic decision-making and direction Proven experience in handling high-value and complex claims within the London Market PI is essential Experience in managing high-value and complex claims in London Market D&O or FI is advantageous Demonstrated commercial acumen with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and the market ACII, CILA, or a qualified lawyer with experience in private practice is preferredBenefits of Joining Us:
