Claims Case Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Case Manager to join our Waiver of Premium Protection Claims Team. As a Claims Case Manager, you will be responsible for assessing sensitive medical information for our customers, ensuring we make the right decision at the right time.
Many of the absences you will manage will be complex, sensitive, and require high levels of empathy. You will be supporting individuals undergoing treatment, financial difficulties, and sometimes life-changing circumstances.
Due to the nature of this role, full-time training will be completed onsite for a minimum of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess sensitive medical information for customers
- Make decisions based on customer information
- Support customers through complex and sensitive situations
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
