Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing technical solutions to internal and external customers via ticketing system
  2. Supporting onsite service team with technical queries such as specifying new units to replace existing failed units
  3. Conducting site visits to investigate issues or provide advice on technical problems
  4. Running mini continuous improvement projects from start to finish
  5. Supporting in-house manufacturing team with technical problems arising in production and liaising with other stakeholders to resolve the issue

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of pumping and hydraulics, variable speed drives, HVAC, and other mechanical and electrical building services
  • Practical hands-on experience advantageous
  • Good at managing multiple/conflicting priorities and managing internal or external customer expectations
  • Commercially savvy
  • Good communication, people, and teamwork skills
