Education Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a KS2 Teaching Assistant.

This role involves working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities that promote academic achievement and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the teacher in planning and preparing lessons
  • Assisting with the management of pupil behavior and providing positive reinforcement
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working with children in a educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
