Job Description

This is a senior leadership position that will spearhead the strategy and growth of our aftermarket business. We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in sales, management, and leadership within the aftermarket sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of aftermarket distribution and value-added services, including replacement spare parts and aftermarket service. They should be able to think strategically while excelling in day-to-day business functions.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around £75,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance, and medical benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Spearhead the development of our aftermarket business strategy, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-level performance.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of operational excellence initiatives, driving business growth through efficient processes and cost reduction.
