About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Solution Architect to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday deployments across various capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly on high-profile projects, handling significant functional challenges and serving as a senior liaison and escalation for clients.
  • Participate in business development activities, working with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide commercially competitive estimates and content to support the sales process.
  • Develop and mentor senior talent, sharing knowledge and thought leadership both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Certified Workday Solution Architect with Financials and PSA experience, proven in large, complex global deployments.
  • Exceptional understanding of delivery methodologies and models specifically designed for software as a service.
  • Significant experience working in multiple ERP, Corporate Services, and/or Workday capabilities.
  • Broad business and technology experience, with a good awareness of industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, motivate, lead, attract, and develop staff.
  • Excellent customer management experience, working with senior executives in customer organizations, with the ability to formally present to senior client and conference audiences.
  • Excellent skills in managing conflicting demands and performing effectively in complex and difficult situations, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
  • Sound commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the importance of these targets.
  • Able to travel to customer sites in the same region, with minimal out-of-region travel required.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Workday certification in either HCM, Financials, or Payroll and at least two additional specialisms.
