Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Junior Imaging Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you'll play a crucial role in the analysis and enhancement of 3D X-ray imaging across various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to showcase existing imaging capabilities
  • Analyze results to inform product development, including reviewing relevant literature
  • Collaborate with the Imaging Scientist to design and carry out formal imaging tests during product development
  • Develop new tomosynthesis X-ray imaging techniques for both medical and non-medical applications
  • Support the broader team with imaging tasks and analysis
  • Engage with customers to understand their imaging needs and demonstrate our products
  • Develop prototype image processing tools for R&D purposes
Requirements
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or C++ preferred)
  • Familiarity with image processing tools and techniques
  • Strong data analysis skills, including image quality assessment
  • Experience in planning and executing experiments independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and scientific findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
