About the Role
Culina Group is seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled Recruitment Administrator Apprentice to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in various recruitment-related tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the company's ATS system and records, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment team, including managing the departmental inbox and responding to recruitment queries.
- Support the administration of talent acquisition projects, including the coordination of graduate assessment centers.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new hires and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths - Grade 4 or above required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment and effectively manage workload.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS packages.
- Able to work as part of a team and/or individually, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
