Caregiver Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to our residents at our facility in Totnes.
This position involves working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Senior Care Assistant is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will also be able to work flexibly and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:From £32,448.00 per annum + Benefits, including paid breaks, competitive rates of pay, uniform provided, overtime rates, company pension scheme, paid holidays, free enhanced DBS check, ongoing career training and development, excellent workplace pension, and generous annual leave package.
