We are a dynamic organisation seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our Social Housing Repairs team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading repairs, compliance, planned maintenance, and capital works within a defined geographical area
- Commissioning works and monitoring contractor output
- Managing varied workstreams and reporting on exceptions
- Collaborating with other Maintenance Surveyors
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
We seek a highly skilled Maintenance Surveyor with experience in Social Housing Repairs and a strong understanding of current property legislation.
Compensation Package- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
