Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Support Coordinator to provide clerical support to clinicians and clinical teams within our department. This includes providing a full secretarial service, ensuring all patients' demographic details are accurate, and acting as a point of contact for users of the trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cancer waiting times and RTT knowledge, as well as the ability to contribute to team working and develop good working relationships. They should also be able to work without supervision and use their own initiative.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the clinical and non-clinical team to ensure all cancer and routine patients are appointed in a timely fashion for both new and existing patients.
