Senior Architectural Technologist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Konker Design Recruitment. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing tender package drawings, assisting within the busy practice, and producing and assisting with planning applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality tender package drawings.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications.
  • Provide information for site meetings and different stages.
  • Utilize Revit daily to create and manage projects.
  • Lead and manage your own projects.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience using Revit or working in the Education sector, including Priority School design process and DfE Output Specification.
  • Ability to work across all RIBA Stages and on a variety of residential projects.
  • Strong communication skills to work with different consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent detailing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
