Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Konker Design Recruitment. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing tender package drawings, assisting within the busy practice, and producing and assisting with planning applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce tender package drawings and assist with planning applications.
  • Assist within the busy practice and contribute to the success of our team.
  • Run your own projects and help mentor junior staff.
  • Use Revit daily and produce information for site meetings and different stages.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience using Revit or working in the Education sector.
  • Ability to work across all RIBA Stages and on a variety of residential projects.
  • Strong detailing skills and ability to communicate with different consultants and engineers.
  • Live within a commutable area to Stockport.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35k - £45k doe and a flexible working arrangement, including lunchtime finish on Fridays and the option of a split working at home/in the office.
