Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Stockport. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical designs and solutions for a range of projects across the Commercial, Education, Residential, and Healthcare sectors.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to take on a senior role and contribute to the success of our award-winning practice. You will have significant post-qualification experience working on Education projects through all RIBA stages, and a strong technical ability, creative design flair, and excellent knowledge of Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of technical designs and solutions for projects across various sectors.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to create exceptional design concepts.
  3. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff.
  4. Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  5. Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and internal team members.
  6. Produce technical drawings, specifications, and constructive documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit and technical design software.
  • Strong technical ability and creative design flair.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
