Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee the insurance requirements of clients, addressing inquiries, processing renewals, making mid-term adjustments, and managing invoicing.
  • Client Consultation: Deliver expert guidance to clients, ensuring they receive suitable coverage at competitive rates.
  • New Business Development: Handle inquiries for new business and manage renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Insurer Collaboration: Liaise with insurance providers to negotiate terms and facilitate a seamless renewal experience.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and distribute accurate renewal documents in accordance with contractual obligations, while maintaining meticulous records within the Broker Systems.
  • Premium Management: Ensure the timely collection of premiums prior to the start of coverage.
