We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Paydens Group. As a vital member of our pharmacy operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the accurate dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, adhering to legal requirements and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring patients feel heard, supported, and valued in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacy by maintaining an organized and efficient workflow, managing inventory, and utilizing computer systems for processing prescriptions and managing stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to display warmth, empathy, and patience when interacting with patients.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative work setting.
