Job Title: Contract and Supplier Administrator

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Contract and Supplier Administrator to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring legal compliance and smooth supplier onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of our supplier pool, including contracts, insurance documents, and certifications.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding through web forms and alternate channels, ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies.
  • Conduct due diligence checks (e.g., AML, PEP, credit worthiness) for new supplier submissions.
  • Assist category managers and suppliers with identification checks and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate supplier account changes, including name updates or legal entity status through our procurement system (COUPA).
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date, including supplier contracts and externally facing documents.
  • Support IT troubleshooting of supplier accounts in collaboration with product teams.
  • Maintain and update our Procurement Contracts Management database.
  • Assist with the Master Compliance Report for regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of good onboarding practices, due diligence, and compliance.
  • Experience in procurement or supplier management (desirable).
  • Familiarity with P2P platforms, such as COUPA (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and legal.
