Contract and Supplier Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Contract and Supplier Administrator to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring legal compliance and smooth supplier onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of our supplier pool, including contracts, insurance documents, and certifications.
- Oversee supplier onboarding through web forms and alternate channels, ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies.
- Conduct due diligence checks (e.g., AML, PEP, credit worthiness) for new supplier submissions.
- Assist category managers and suppliers with identification checks and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate supplier account changes, including name updates or legal entity status through our procurement system (COUPA).
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date, including supplier contracts and externally facing documents.
- Support IT troubleshooting of supplier accounts in collaboration with product teams.
- Maintain and update our Procurement Contracts Management database.
- Assist with the Master Compliance Report for regular reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of good onboarding practices, due diligence, and compliance.
- Experience in procurement or supplier management (desirable).
- Familiarity with P2P platforms, such as COUPA (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and legal.
