In beBee Professionals, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Inventory Management Specialist to join our logistics team in Rugby, United Kingdom. The role involves handling goods, preparing orders, and ensuring that the warehouse runs efficiently.

Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Loading and unloading goods for storage and distribution.
  2. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
  3. Maintaining inventory accuracy by updating stock records.
  4. Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  5. Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (if qualified).
  6. Following health and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Good physical fitness to handle manual work.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible working hours, including potential shifts and overtime.
  • Forklift license is a plus.
