About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Gardener Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our community garden, ensuring it remains a thriving and vibrant space for our community to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Gardener Volunteer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of our community garden, including physical work such as digging, lifting, and carrying.
  • Growing and nurturing plants, trees, and flowers, promoting biodiversity and sustainability.
  • Working in a customer-facing role, engaging with diverse community members and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A passion for the outdoors and gardening.
  • Skills in general gardening, including physical work and plant care.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and community members.
