About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Community Garden Assistant to join our team at Greener and Cleaner. As a key member of our community garden team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our beautiful garden space and helping others learn and practice skills for biodiversity and growing their own produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of our community garden, including physical work like digging, lifting, and carrying.
  • Growing and nurturing plants, trees, and flowers.
  • Providing customer-facing support in a diverse community.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Passion for the outdoors and gardening.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing role in a diverse community.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Keen to learn and share knowledge about growing fruits and vegetables in an eco-friendly way.
