Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales operations at the trade counter, achieving targets while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking, loading, and delivering products to customers via Eurocell's fleet, adhering to safe driving practices
  • Maintaining branch standards, including warehouse management, cleanliness, and point-of-sale display

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Responsible for trade counter sales, confidently communicating product knowledge to customers and achieving sales targets
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  3. Picking, loading, and delivering products to customers via Eurocell's 3.5-tonne flatbed trucks and LWB vans

This role requires:

  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Good organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and using initiative
  • Confident IT user with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software, such as SAP
