Part Time Credit Control / Accounts Office Administrator

CAM Forklift Trucks is currently seeking a skilled Part Time Credit Control / Accounts Office Administrator to join their team in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with credit control and accounts management, ensuring timely payment from clients.
  2. Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required, utilizing Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software.
  4. Contribute to general office duties, supporting the Senior Accounts Assistant during absences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in both accounts administration and credit control, with excellent organizational skills.
  2. Familiarity with accounting software, such as Sage Line 50.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
  4. Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
  5. A proactive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours. This opportunity offers a stable and supportive work environment, ideal for those seeking a long-term career in finance.
