Accounts Administrator

CAM Forklift Trucks is currently seeking a skilled Part Time Credit Control / Accounts Office Administrator to join their team in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with credit control and accounts management, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required, utilizing Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software.
- Contribute to general office duties, supporting the Senior Accounts Assistant during absences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both accounts administration and credit control, with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as Sage Line 50.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- A proactive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
