Administrative Support for Financial Team

We are looking for an experienced Credit Control Specialist to provide administrative support for our financial team at Tes Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customers' accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing any payment issues.

This role involves developing effective strategies to initiate collections against debts that are overdue, taking ownership of the ledger and assigned customers, building strong relationships internally and externally to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include performing administrative tasks for the AR fresh desk, resolving customer queries promptly, maintaining accurate notes on customer accounts, and ensuring housekeeping is updated on all contact information.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and credit control, ideally within the education industry. Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets is also essential. A basic understanding of credit control processes and customer risk assessment through credit scoring is required. Additionally, the ability to handle complex customer account queries and demonstrate successful resolution is crucial.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £26,000 and various benefits including 25 days annual leave rising to 30, 5% pension after probation, state-of-the-art city centre offices, discounted city centre parking, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, and employee assistance program.
