At SearcHive Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Operations to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, where you will play a key role in driving our finance transformation programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Finance and the Accounts Payable Manager in team management and delivery of efficient and effective financial processing of high volume and high value payments across jurisdictions. You will also be responsible for overseeing processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory and sanctions related matters related to payments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Rapidly assimilating knowledge of the business and understanding the accounting challenges for such a business
  • Providing support for the Director of Finance in team management and delivery of efficient and effective financial processing of high volume and high value payments across jurisdictions
  • Overseeing processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory and sanctions related matters related to payments
  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for accounts payable and the general ledger
  • Directing the preparation and timely delivery of reporting as required

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of working as a 'hands on' Head of Finance Operations / Accounts Payable Manager in organizations with significant revenues and a strong asset base. You will have excellent team management experience and evidence of developing team members, together with the ability to engage and support team members through significant periods of change.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and system implementations, and be confident and comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity in a project environment. You will also have experience of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX suite or other well-known ERP software, and be familiar with financial reporting and/or the use of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
