About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker at Bright Futures Care Ltd.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to up to 5 adults with autism and learning disabilities in a brand-new property in St Helens.

You will work 2, 3, or 4 nights per week, with the rest of the week free to pursue your interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to our service users
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a personal and bespoke service
  • Support and engage with our service users to promote their independence and well-being
  • Maintain the home and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our service users

What We Offer

  • An hourly rate of £13.00 per hour
  • Full-time hours worked over 3 or 4 shifts per week, with overtime opportunities available
  • Part-time hours over 2 shifts per week

Requirements

  • A passion for providing great care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience as a carer or in a related field (full training and induction provided for the right candidate)
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
