About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Team Leader to join our Unipart Logistics team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance team, overseeing all aspects of facilities management, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
* Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures

**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
* Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
* Implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication
