The UCL Centre for Languages & International Education is seeking a motivated and organised administrator to provide administrative support for 36.5 hours per week. This cover position focuses on handling enquiries, applications and pre- and post-enrolment administration for the UCL Undergraduate Preparatory Certificate and UCL International Pre-Master's.

This full-time fixed term position will report to the Head of EAP Administration and work closely with other administrators in the EAP Office team, academic leads, and colleagues in CLIE Marketing and Finance and central UCL administration. The ideal candidate will have significant recent experience in student admissions or records, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft software platforms.

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator with a friendly and professional approach who can start in January. Maternity cover is until December. The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
