Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership and management of staff, children, and families at First Level
  • Have a sound knowledge of early years pedagogy and child development
  • Develop parent partnerships and family learning approaches
  • Lead and organize Sports and wider achievement opportunities across the school
  • Establish creative, responsive, and effective approaches to teaching and learning
