Teacheroo, a leading independent school in Scotland, seeks an experienced educator to fill the role of Deputy Head (Pastoral and Boarding). This challenging position requires a highly skilled professional who can lead by example and provide inspiration and motivation to staff and students alike.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach approximately 8-30 periods per week, with the opportunity to specialize in a subject area of their choice. Key responsibilities include assisting the Head in translating the school's vision into actionable objectives, identifying strategies to develop effective teaching practices, and ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. A strong understanding of educational policies and procedures is also essential.

The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
