Job Title: Tutor

We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our team as a tutor. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to students and apprentices, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions to students and apprentices in AAT, ACA, CIMA, and ACCA professional exams
  • Use your technical knowledge and passion for education to support the growth of our team and business unit
  • Develop and deliver courses in line with our teaching programmes and learning materials
  • Provide feedback and support to students on their work
  • Collaborate with client managers to provide reporting and feedback
Requirements:
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Qualified accountant (to a L7 standard or equivalent)
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Positive and solution-focused attitude to work
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Confident and professional in dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Experience of working in cross-functional project teams
  • Knowledge of accountancy qualifications and apprenticeship standards
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
