Job Description

As a Territory Sales Representative at Howdens Joinery, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with existing and potential new account holders. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, ensuring a consistent increase in the account base across each depot.

You will collaborate closely with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales, focusing on achieving higher sales per account and more frequent trading. Active participation in sales meetings chaired by the Lead Sales Representative will also be expected, where you will share best practices with other Territory Sales Representatives in the area.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy within the role. To succeed, you will need to possess influencing and sales skills, be flexible and approachable, and hold a full UK driving license.
