Service Care Solutions is a passionate advocate for delivering holistic care and support services that empower individuals to reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced Substance Misuse Interventionist to join our team, playing a critical role in the intervention process for our service users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of 40-60 service users, providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans, and delivering one-to-one interventions. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of effective intervention strategies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the substance misuse field, awareness of health issues related to substance misuse, and experience in key working and care planning. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

* Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
* Support individuals from point of entry
* Provide screening, assessment, and recovery plans
* Deliver one-to-one interventions

* Experience of working within the substance misuse field
* Awareness of health issues relating to substance misuse
* Experience of key working and care planning

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a £250 Training Allowance, Excellent Pay Rates, and a fantastic £250 Referral Bonus.
