About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Real Staffing. As a key member of our Life Sciences recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the pharmaceutical and commercially focused sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruiting within the Life Sciences sector, with a focus on contract recruitment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide expert recruitment advice and guidance to clients
  • Manage and deliver recruitment projects to meet client expectations
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the recruitment team
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in full cycle recruiting within the Life Sciences sector
  • Proven billings across contract recruitment
  • Excellent account management and business development skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
