About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates in mid-senior to senior levels within your niche sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients at multiple organizations through various business development tools.
  • Sourcing, screening, short-listing, and providing consultation to mid-senior level candidates within your specialist sector.
  • Multi-task and prioritize workload in an ever-changing, deadline-centered, KPI-driven, and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven success as a 360 consultant with specialist expertise in mid-senior level recruitment in a niche sector.
