Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Modelling Specialist to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining statistical risk and decision support models.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk model development and practical application, including scoring and model monitoring. They will also possess extensive banking and financial services experience, as well as broad risk systems and methodologies knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain statistical risk and decision support models
- Provide business and stakeholder advice on model use, impact, and implementation
- Support regulatory engagement and internal governance in relation to risk models and frameworks
- Develop and maintain risk and decision-support models, and provide actionable MI on model performance
- Assist in setting objectives for analytical resource and assessing performance
Requirements:
- Experience in risk model development and practical application, including scoring and model monitoring
- Extensive banking and financial services experience
- Broad risk systems and methodologies knowledge in a retail or wholesale bank environment
- Strong project management skills and teamwork ability
- The ability to translate complex techniques into simple concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify alternative solutions
