  • Work closely with our Head of Insight & Analytics and stakeholders on the implementation, analysis, and reporting of advanced analytics models.
  • Own the performance and maintenance of your models in production environments.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analytical projects and research as required by the business.
  • Support the development of new data systems and processes, ensuring they are utilized effectively within the team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, statistical, and predictive modelling techniques.
  2. Proven expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  3. Experience working with complex databases (Microsoft SQL preferred) and significant volumes of data.
  4. Familiarity with advanced analytical/data mining tools, such as IBM SPSS Modeller, KMIME, R, or SAS.
  5. A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. A PhD or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a similar quantitative field.
  7. Solid technical knowledge, including Python, R, SQL, data storage, and ETL processes.
  8. Experience working in a commercial environment, preferably in online gaming.

**Salary Range:** £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
