Job Summary

The Risk & Resilience Planner is a critical role within Global Workplace Experience at Pfizer, responsible for managing risk and ensuring business continuity across the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of risk management principles, business continuity planning, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, and develop plans to address them.
  • Provide guidance and support to site teams on risk management and business continuity planning.
  • Monitor and report on risk and business continuity metrics to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, site managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, risk management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, business continuity planning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, business continuity planning, and crisis management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
