Overview:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations executive to help us achieve our mission of being the best beauty brand in the world with high-quality products, a strong brand, and results-driven solution-based ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure balanced stock levels throughout the year, minimizing overbuys and maximizing core line availability.
• Manage the WSSI/MSSI and PO process to ensure buys align to the commercial budget and cash flow forecast.
• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including importation, customs clearance, and transportation, collaborating with freight forwarders to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Develop and execute a profitable merchandise strategy that aligns with both the byellie vision and key market trends.

Requirements:
• Experienced in logistics, inventory forecasting, merchandising, and range planning.
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to procure and treat data efficiently (Excel, etc.).
• Job Type: Part-time to full-time.
